jTask Announces ERP Organization Change Management Certification Program

Palo Alto, California, June 18, 2009 — jTask has announced it is promoting an ERP Organizational Change Management certification program with the purpose of improving standards and competency in this area of professional practices. Change management professionals and customer project team members seeking certification in OCM can achieve expert status by successfully completing the jTask training.

The program is online and self-paced, providing about thirty (30) hours of instruction. It requires students to review theory and examples and then submit practical exercises for evaluation by jTask OCM professionals. 

jTask has been requiring this certification program for all its consultants for the past year with solid results. Program managers and jTask customers have said such things as:

Today’s announcement of the certification program is in response to direct requests from clients, prospective clients and consultants wishing to develop practical OCM expertise. This certification offering is release 2 of the program and features a core curriculum of 5 courses, access to the jTask Learning Management System and a jTask OCM professional to support students through the program and certification. (Release 1 of the program was called jTask Boot Camp or jCamp.)

Courses in the program include: Organizational Change Management Overview, OCM Communications, OCM End-user Training and OCM Change. For students that require knowledge of SAP there is an SAP Orientation and Fundamentals course. Additionally, an Oracle orientation course is currently being developed.
