Multi-phased SAP business process reengineering at a large semiconductor company
Phase 1 implemented SAP ECC 6.0, SRM 5.0, SCM 5.1 (GaTP), EP 7.0, BI 7.0 and MDM 5.5 to 13,000 end-users in 19 countries.
Phase 2 implemented CRM 2007, SCM 5.1 EM, SNC and cFolder functionalities, and an extension of Project Systems functionality in ECC 6.0 for a small division of 250 people.
jTask developed and implemented OCM communication and end-user training plans. 118 training courses were created and delivered using RWD uPerform® 2.12, Articulate Studio ‘09 and a custom in-house LMS.
The communications team was responsible for all program level communications, monthly newsletters and maintenance of the project intranet website
SAP upgrade from 4.5B to 4.7
jTask developed and implemented OCM communication and end-user training plans. The project required a training plan to deliver sixty-one courses as well as OCM communication company-wide to over 2,300 end-users.
Training was delivered using the RWD Info Pak® tool and an internal LMS. Communication highlights include project newsletters, an internal project team website and an outward facing website.

Phase 2 delivered a comprehensive solution, including ECC 6.0, CRM 2007, GTS, SRM, BI and SCM, to a broader audience of 2500+ people.
The jTask team supported end-user training and communications strategy definition and implementation, administered RWD uPerform® 2.10, installed and supported the jTask Security and Training assignment tool, jSTAS. jTask managed integration of training content within a hosted LMS.

SAP implementation of Business Planning and Consolidation
The project consolidated three data warehouses into a single integrated SAP BI system with Integrated Planning functionality, deploying both the BEx Analyzer and BEx Web Analyzer front ends. jTask provided OCM communication and end-user training using Articulate Studio, uPerform 2.01 and the SumTotal Learning Management System.
SAP implementation of SD, FI-CO, FI-LIV, RevRec, PS functionality to 560 users in Asia, India and throughout the United States.
